Nadya has extensive experience working as a nanny and private educator in homes and language centers in the U.S and abroad, supporting parents and children through developmental milestones, and the daily rituals of feedings, hygiene, and of course sleep. This work has left her with a deep appreciation for the importance of sleep in our lives, for children and caregivers alike.
Sleep is important in all aspects of a child’s development, impacting their physical, mental, and cognitive health. It is equally important for parents and caregivers, and a lack of sleep for adults can affect memory, mood, and physical health.
After realizing that sleep is one of the most important things we can invest in for a healthier life for ourselves and our families, Nadya got certified as a pediatric sleep consultant through the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management. Nadya helps families establish healthy sleep habits for their children by addressing the basics of sleep environment, sleep schedules, routines, and behaviors. Any recommended sleep training techniques are based on each individual family’s sleep goals and parenting values. Nadya provides culturally attuned services and works with a diverse range of clients from different locations, backgrounds, and belief systems.

Virtual Sleep Shaping Consultation – $300
Ideal for newborns through 4 months, this consultation provides a personalized sleep guide for your family focused on early sleep foundations, along with two 30-minute phone calls to support healthy routines during the newborn stage.
Ask Me Anything Call – $50
Perfect for families who have previously worked with a sleep consultant, this 30-minute call offers targeted guidance on sleep schedules, nap transitions, bedtime routines, sleep environment, regressions, and other common sleep concerns.
